Don Flynn, Senior Pastor
Pastor Don Flynn is the senior and church planting pastor at Riverside Community Church in Nutley, NJ, which began in 1994. Raised in Belleville, Pastor Don now resides in Nutley with his wife Leigh and their three children Andrew, Emily, and Abigail. His educational background includes: B.A. Communications at Seton Hall University, Advanced Studies Program at Moody Bible Institute, Masters of Divinity at Alliance Theological Seminary in Nyack, NY, and currently ABD in the D. Min. program at Regent University with a concentration in cell group ministry.
Twyla Brickman,

Twyla worked for TOUCH Outreach Ministries as the conference Coordinator and a conference speaker. She has also served on church staffs in North Dakota, Maryland, and Kansas before joining the staff at RCC. Twyla has been ordained through DOVE Christian Fellowship International. Twyla has her masters in cell church from Regent University. In the cell church, she has experience as a Cell Leader, Cell Coach and Cell Pastor.
During part of 1998/99, Twyla also resided in St. Petersburg, Russia, assisting in the development of cell materials and training of Russian pastors and leaders. Twyla is also VP of Strategic Cell Ministries International (SCMI), a ministry she co-founded with her husband. Twyla has been in ministry since 1971 with her husband, Dr. Les Brickman. Out of her experience she has authored a book Yoked Together, Couples in Team Ministry. Twyla has four grown children and three grandchildren. www.strategiccell.com
Andy Jelliffe, Church Administrator & Worship Coordinator
Andy worked for several years teaching high school and junior high history, Bible, and computer classes before he joined the staff at RCC in 2001. His main responsibilities include: Office & Communications Administration, Building & Facilities Operation, Corporate Worship Leader, Cell Worship Coach, & Boys' Cell Coach.
His educational background includes: a B.A. in History and Secondary Ed. from The King’s College. Andy is married to his lovely wife Kathy. They have two energetic daughters, Bethany and Michaela, who bring them much laughter, some headaches, a lot of busy-ness, but a great amount of joy.
