CORPORATE MINISTRIES
The Corporate Ministries at RCC are a place where you can either get involved or be a recipient of ministry. For more information about any of the ministries listed below, please contact Twyla Brickman at 973-566-0394 or Email.
HOME CELL MINISTRY: Learn to serve and minister to others as the Early Church leaders did. Model and lead your flock to share, pray, worship, disciple, laugh & love, as well as reach out to those who don’t know Jesus.
WORSHIP TEAM: Allow God to use your musical talents vocally and instrumentally to lead the congregation into the presence of God during our Sunday worship service.
CELL WORSHIP: Lead your cell members on a weekly basis in the worship of God either instrumentally or using CDs in your cell.
AUDIO/VISUAL TEAM: Support the worship team abd help the congregation using audio & visual equipment during our Sunday service.
MISSIONS TEAM: Help focus everyone at RCC on supporting, sending, praying, and encouraging missionaries around the world. There are even occasional short-term mission opportunities!
BAGEL/HOSPITALITY MINISTRY: Use your gift of hospitality or service to set up and clean up the Coffee/Bagel Fellowship time so that members and visitors can get acquainted better.
PRAYER MINISTRY: Join us as we seek the Lord, His will, His protection, and His power in all we do.
SPIRITUAL GIFTS ASSESSMENT & PLACEMENT: Find out your own spiritual gifts and where you can use them as you listen to the Spiritual Gifts tapes, take the assessment, have your interview, and are released into a place of ministry in the body of Christ at RCC.
ALPHA: Help set up, serve, clean up, or lead a group of people checking out Christianity... maybe for the first time! OR maybe you haven't attended this 10 week Christianity 101 class yourself. There's even a free dinner included!
ESL…ENGLISH AS A SECOND LANGUAGE: Our classes are offered for free when you purchase your materials. The levels, days, and times of classes depend on the number of teachers and students. Teach or assist a teacher as you help new arrivals in our country learn English as a Second Language. Make a friends and share the love of Jesus with them as you do!
NATURAL CHURCH DEVELOPMENT IMPLEMENTATION TEAM: Join our team as we apply the 6 biotic principles to the 8 quality characteristics in evaluating and improving every facet of our church life here at RCC.
CARE MINISTRY: Meet, greet, and follow up on our visitors to RCC.
USHER MINISTRY: Greet & seat our weekly service attenders.
IT DEPARTMENT: Use your technological know-how for our web site, computer maintenance, repairs, & programming.
SERVANT MINISTRIES: Serve the Lord as you meet the needs of those in the church and outside of the church through practical acts of kindness and service.
OFFICE ADMINISTRATION/FINANCES: Yes, this practical stuff has to get done, too! Data entry, creation of powerpoints, financial records, filing, answering phones, handling emails are all opportunities for you to serve the Lord in practical ways at our church office.
TEACHING MINISTRIES: Maybe you love to teach adults or children or youth or classes on particular topics...there's no limit to who you can teach!
CREATIVE ARTS MINISTRY: Maybe you love art, dance, design, drama, sewing, decorating...then this ministry is for you!
MERCY MINISTRY: Maybe you love visiting, taking food, praying with, and encouraging those who through age and/or illness cannot attend our Sunday services. Take the love of Jesus to them as you serve them in their home.
DISCOVERY TREK: Don't know your spiritual gifts or have any idea of where the Lord can use you? Try a number of ministries through our specially designed Trek to help you Discover where you can serve.
ADDITIONAL FUTURE MINISTRIES...
Are these all of the ministries at RCC? They don't have to be! We believe that God has gifted each Christian and places you just where He wants to be in His Body. As you discover where that is, you can be trained, blessed, and released into an existing ministry, or encouraged to develop a brand new one!

A cell church is like a two-winged bird that needs both wings to fly. The cell wing provides pastoral care, deliberate discipleship, & Christian community where each person can give and receive mutual ministry. The corporate wing provides a place for ministries whose scope extends to the whole congregation. To fly, we need BOTH!

| A church is not a club of volunteers who band together to accomplish projects. Instead, we are the spiritual Body of Christ. He is alive and well living within us to fill, empower, and use us to be His heart, eyes, mouth, ears, feet, and hands to one another, as well as to a dying world. |
